Journey Leader Executive Coaching is not just about increasing performance. Our mutual focus is on shifting, remapping and awakening the leader within and not just making incremental changes in action. By awakening the executive, the learning becomes a transformational behavior and cognitive thinking of the new possibilities that were not necessarily available before as opportunities for learning and growth.
All our coaching programs require mutual trust and respect between our coaches and our clients. This requires that we have numerous discussions before beginning any contractual program. Each coaching assignment is customized based on the individuals concerns and time available to learn. It usually involves a three to six month commitment to working together. Journey Leader's Executive Coaching brings forth the person and leads to a life of prosperity, reduced stress, better relationships and significance.

Journey Leader Executive Coaching Program Structure:
- Intake meeting - Meet the executive to agree the broad scope and outcomes of the coaching. Agree the collection of information through 360° feedback, interviews, psychometric assessment, and existing performance reviews
- Feedback - Feedback all the data to the executive, to agree strengths, development opportunities, and a draft plan
- Agreement - Review the plan with the executive to reach a firm agreement about the key areas to focus on for improvement, the desired outcomes and timeline
- Coaching - This can take a number of forms, including work shadowing, video, guided practice, review of learning materials, continuous feedback and learner-centered activity
- Progress review - Gather further data to assess the extent to which improvements are actually being made, and review this data with the executive and to agree next steps
- Closure - Agreement with the executive and forward action plan (that could include further coaching) to ensure that the executive continues to develop.
