  • Journey Plan:  Our graduate Journey Managers are futurists who have a documented agenda of predictions based on past performance and future trends.  They gather buy in from their peers, mentors and team to generate a plan that is executable, with traceable results and making course decision changes as needed. Excellence in Management Training.
  • Organize:  Journey Managers will examine their resources and determine whether additions are needed.  They will get the right people, on the right bus, in the right seat, at the right time.  They will determine the optimal use of their resources with the least amount of overtaxing to enable the most ergonomic and successful journey.
  • Lead/Motivate/Execute:  With all their tactical efforts a Journey Manager will be able to strategically lead a team to their destination and get others to understand their roles in achieving the overall mission.  They will respond to distress and stress and discover corrections.  The Journey Manager must understand behavioral motivations and how to get the most out of their team's efforts.  They know with out proper execution failure rises dramatically.
  • Monitor Results:  The Journey Manager will track the team's progress and check it against the plan.  They will make course corrections as needed giving feedback to each member of the team and reduce conflict, remediate issues, change out the resources and share ongoing vision and drive forward.
  • Celebrate Successes:  The Journey Manager who reaches each WayPoint on the journey will celebrate with the team identifying successes and future vision to plot the next WayPoint.  The Journey Manager knows without recognition the next leg of the journey may bring unwanted challenges.
